John is a Manager in the Priority Apprenticeships team at Apprenticeships Victoria, where he leads strategic initiatives to strengthen apprenticeship and traineeship outcomes across Victoria. His work focuses on designing and delivering programs that connect industry, government and training providers to support sustainable workforce development.

John brings deep experience working with industry partnerships, driving improved training and employment outcomes for apprentices and trainees in line with government priorities.

Prior to joining Apprenticeships Victoria, John was Program Manager – Major Projects at Holmesglen Institute, where he led partnerships supporting major infrastructure and workforce initiatives.

John has extensive knowledge of the opportunities and challenges associated with employing apprentices and trainees and a strong track record of developing practical, scalable approaches that benefit industry, workers and government.
