Jo Lim is the Chief Executive Officer of VicWater, the peak body representing Victoria’s 18 government-owned water corporations. She works closely with industry leaders, government and stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure the delivery of reliable, sustainable and affordable water services for the Victorian community.

Jo brings extensive executive experience across the public and for-purpose sectors, with a strong background in strategy, governance and policy. Throughout her career, Jo has remained committed to using her expertise to make a positive contribution to the community, with a particular interest in essential services, public value and long-term sustainability.
