Janelle Williams is the Senior Social Impact Advisor for Victorian and South Australia at John Holland, where she contributes to a diverse range of projects across the building, rail and infrastructure business units.  With a focus on embedding equity and inclusion into industry practice and drawing on her previous role as the Building Equality Policy Industry Advisor at ICN Victoria, Janelle brings deep expertise in government procurement policies and gender equality frameworks.

She collaborates with organisations to improve customer outcomes, foster inclusive workforce engagement, and deliver measurable social and commercial impact. With a thoughtful blend of empathy and evidence, Janelle ensures that social initiatives are both meaningful and sustainable.
