Jan is the Victorian Regional Project Controls Manager for Acciona where she oversees project controls for the LXRP Southern Program Alliance, M80 Ring Road Alliance and Suburban Rail Loop East Package. Jan is a project delivery focused leader with almost 20 years’ experience in engineering management, project controls and project management across large, complex multidisciplinary projects in transport and water infrastructure. She also has experience in international development and humanitarian emergency response, working as a project manager for the United Nations Mission in South Sudan and as a Program Manager for Danish Refugee Council in Iraq. Jan has an International Masters in Project Administration from the University of Politecnica Madrid, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Melbourne and a Engineering Degree (Civil Hons) from Monash University. Jan is passionate about leadership and management and previously was on the Engineers Australia Committee for Leadership and Management. She is very interested in how leadership can drive cultural change on a micro and macro level.
