With over 10 years industry experience, Jacinda has established a diverse portfolio of work throughout her career.  Her experience has allowed her to demonstrate her ability as a senior designer and project lead, excelling in the delivery of tailored and innovative workplaces. Jacinda has a special interest in designing spaces that embrace neurodiversity, recognising that equality of space does not always mean equity. Her approach aims to tailor environments to diverse ways of working and thinking.
