Statement: The industry may still have a long way to go to shed its long ingrained bias and practice that it is a (white) man's world. As a woman of colour, I must live, breathe, and normalise that it is not. We must be contagious. Repeat after me - the construction industry knows no gender, race, status, religion, etc, in its workforce.
