Ian joined Hines in 2022 to execute the delivery of Hines’ value add portfolio, manage new developments and generate new development opportunities. Ian has experience across acquisitions, development, leasing and asset management and dispositions at Goodman, MAB Corporation and Charter Hall. Ian’s 19 year career experience is across commercial, retail, and predominantly Industrial and Logistics development. Ian has pre-committed and delivered over 800,000m2 or $2bn industrial and logistics developments, acquired and serviced of over 500ha of land and pre-committed Data Centre Build To Suit developments.
