Dr Hugh Miller is a project manager for JLL with over 13 years' experience as an engineer and project manager across multiple sectors including Defence, government infrastructure and data centres. He holds tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, data centres, cyber security and more. Hugh has delivered client-side management of construction projects valued up to $130M and was part of the team that won the NSW Premier's Award 2021 for managing Sydney's hotel quarantine operation.
