With 9 years' experience in the rail industry, working across major operators including MTM, ARTC, V/Line, and VicTrack, I specialise in Health & Safety, Risk Management, Rail Safety, and Training Management. I’ve delivered safety leadership across high-risk construction environments on projects such as the level crossing removal projects and the West Gate Tunnel project. I now focus on Operations & Maintenance at the Metro Tunnel Project, where I develop and implement operational Safety Management Systems,  Management Plans, Project Risk Registers, Training Matrixes, Environmental Management Systems and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
