Hannah Clement

Executive General Manager, Development Victoria

Hannah is the Executive General Manager of Civic Infrastructure at Development Victoria, leading the delivery of a diverse portfolio of city-shaping projects in partnership with a wide range of Victorian Government agencies and institutions. Her division is responsible for managing a capital delivery program in excess of $3 billion, encompassing some of the state’s most significant civic and cultural developments. Current projects under her leadership include Nyaal Banyul (Geelong Convention and Event Centre) and the $1.7 billion Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation, building on the success of landmark projects such as the Melbourne Park Redevelopment and the Geelong Arts Centre.

With over 25 years experience in planning and delivering complex civic and infrastructure projects, she has consistently delivered outcomes that connect communities and strengthen Victoria’s social and cultural fabric.

Prior to joining the Victorian Government, Hannah worked extensively in the private sector, delivering major projects across Australia, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Originally trained as a civil engineer, she spent over a decade in the engineering consultancy sector, specialising in the design and delivery of linear infrastructure as well as major sporting, event and social infrastructure projects.
