Statement: I’m passionate about becoming an ambassador for women in construction, using my voice and platform to break down barriers, inspire the next generation, and create equal opportunities for women across all roles in the industry. I’m also deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness in construction, an area that is too often overlooked but vital to the wellbeing, safety, and productivity of our workforce. Through advocacy, education, and open dialogue, I aim to help foster a culture where both gender diversity and mental health are valued as essential parts of a strong, inclusive industry.
