Grant Fuller is an accomplished health, safety, and wellbeing (HSW) professional who has held senior management roles within the infrastructure construction industry over the past thirteen years. Grant is renowned for his passion for creating mentally healthy workplaces and has been instrumental in implementing impactful initiatives to enhance mental health outcomes for employees within the infrastructure sector. His notable achievements include co-founding the Wellness in Infrastructure organisation, a non-profit initiative aimed at implementing sustainable and tangible solutions to address mental health challenges in the workplace. Additionally, Grant was the architect behind the development and successful implementation of the "Integrated Approach to Wellness Program" on the Mordialloc Freeway Project, which was validated to significantly reduce factors contributing to ill health among project personnel.
