Graham oversees the National Construction Code (NCC) amendment process and has been involved with its production since 2014. Graham’s other responsibilities at the Australian Building Codes Board (ABCB) include managing the development of referenced documents, such as Australian Standards, and overseeing technical projects related to the NCC.

Before joining the ABCB, Graham was an unrestricted Building Surveyor, predominantly delivering private certification and NCC consultancy services for commercial projects.
