Statement: As a woman in commercial construction, my goal was to always provide a safe space and voice for the younger woman entering the field. It is something I wish I had when I was commencing my career, so If I can pave the way for younger women to feel safe, heard and protected when working in industry, then I have achieved what I set out to do. Strength and power comes from support, which we need more of in our industry.
