Dr Georgia Warren-Myers is the Global Head of Sustainability Value and Risk at JLL, and an Associate Professor in Property at the University of Melbourne. With 25 years of experience spanning property development, valuation, sustainability, and climate risk advisory, Georgia specialises in the critical nexus of ESG performance, climate risk, and property value. As a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute and Certified Practising Valuer, she provides expertise to investors, lenders, and occupiers navigating sustainability's impact on asset values and portfolio construction. She leads climate risk assessments for diverse portfolios, develops business value cases for decarbonisation investment, and quantifies value implications of sustainability performance across global markets.
