Georgia is pre-contracts lead for Downer Defence Major Projects, focussed on strategy and pre-positioning for projects $300M or larger across the Defence and Defence adjacent portfolio. She brings a design mindset to solving complex problems during the bid phase and has the experience to ensure that projects are not just won but set up for success through design and construction. As a Design Director, Project and Program Director, Georgia has proven capabilities in leading multi-disciplinary complex Defence and industrial projects for Government clients and Primes, through project conception to the completion of design and beyond.

Georgia is passionate in supporting gender inclusion initiatives and was on the Governance committee for Downer EmpowHER in 2025 and 2026, is the NAWIC champion for Downer Defence, gave the keynote speech for Downer at the Women in Defence Awards in 2025, and arranged and awarded the Downer Building and Construction Women's scholarship for 2025 and 2026.
