With close to ten years' experience in brand marketing and corporate communications across urbanism and housing, Fraser McNally (he/him) is Communications Manager at Assemble: an end-to-end housing company that originates, delivers and manages sustainable, well-designed housing investment opportunities by partnering across government, industry and the community housing sector.

Joining the team in 2021, Fraser has held various roles across Assemble's brand marketing and corporate communications, bringing the story of a growing national platform and innovative housing strategies to audiences across industry and consumer audiences. Since 2025, he has also served as Marketing and Communications Lead for Queers in Property, a national independent network connecting LGBTQIA+ people across property, construction, and design for visibility, empowerment, and support.

Fraser holds a Master of Urban Planning and Environment, and his work has featured in national publications such as Assemble Papers, and those run by the Victorian Planning and Environment Law Association and the Planning Institute of Australia.
