Statement: Every day, we have an opportunity to influence those around us through our actions, attitude, and commitment. In construction, meaningful change is built through the small, consistent actions we take each day—supporting others, leading by example, and striving to create a better workplace and a stronger industry. 

I believe that empowerment, passion, and positive action have the power to inspire the people we meet every day. I am passionate about encouraging others, building a sense of community, and contributing to positive change, to inspire others to recognise their own potential and to turn their passion into action.
