A recognised and trusted sustainability leader across Australia and New Zealand, Emma works with diverse teams to develop ideas and approaches into clear frameworks, strategies and actions. As Technical Director (Climate Response & ESG) for the Asia Pacific region, she is leading the delivery of ESG, climate response and sustainability services to public and private sector organisations operating across diverse markets, including rail, road, water, cities & places, resources and energy. She has worked across infrastructure planning, design and delivery projects across ANZ, and was a key contributor to Jacobs FY23 Climate Risk Assessment, coordinating a global team to develop Jacobs' Rail & Transit market assessment.

Emma is a strong and clear communicator at all levels and prepares and delivers workshops and presentations at all levels from Board/c-suite through to project delivery teams. She is a skilled facilitator and regularly facilitates cross-sector workshops for clients, Boards and internal business development teams to help organisations define and realise their ESG, climate response and sustainability vision and strategies.
