Statement: We are the change agent in our generation. I believe I am a force to be reckoned with in terms of delivering excellence and humanity to mankind. I have had the opportunity to be trained as a mental health first aider and mental health champion. I have been practising as a qualified mental health first aider for close to three years now. I believe I am a valuable asset and have a lot of experience to offer to mankind.
