Elliot is a highly skilled Head of Projects with 12 years' industry experience across a wide range of projects – from complex data centres to high rise commercial towers. Bringing with him extensive Tier-1 experience, Elliot began work as a Project Coordinator at Kapitol in 2018, working on key residential, commercial, and education projects, rapidly progressing to managing the complex delivery of major data centre projects for NEXTDC and Microsoft, including Kapitol's largest project to-date.

Elliot is a skilled and fast-thinking leader who is passionate about investing the effort required to reap the rewards of a successful project. His knowledge and project management skills coupled with his ability to manage diverse stakeholder networks, ensure that his projects succeed against all program, budget and quality deliverables.

As Head of Projects with a strong commitment to professional growth, Elliot remains calm and affable, whilst working as an effective leader on all projects, regardless of size, requirements or complexities. He can maintain open lines of communication with the project team, client team and stakeholders that have supported his successful delivery record.
