A/Prof. Duncan Maxwell leads the Future Building Initiative at Monash University, where he works with industry to advance offsite and industrialised construction. His research explores how prefabrication, product platforms, and design innovation can transform building processes and outcomes. Duncan has contributed to major national collaborations such as the Building 4.0 CRC, where he is Research Program Lead, and is passionate about reshaping construction to be more efficient, sustainable, and design-led.
