As Managing Director of Convergint Oceania, Dean Monaghan brings over two decades of industry leadership and a proven track record of building and growing security integration businesses across Australia and New Zealand. He founded Integrators Australia in 2005 and established it as one of Australia’s largest independent systems integrators before its acquisition by Convergint in 2018.

Since joining Convergint, Dean has led the expansion of its regional operations through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, strengthening local capabilities and building long-term customer and partner relationships. His leadership centres on developing strong teams and delivering integrated technology solutions backed by a consistent commitment to service.

Dean’s perspective on resilience is grounded in building and leading security integration businesses. He focuses on aligning security investment with organisational priorities, bringing together integrated technology and ongoing service to help customers manage evolving threats and strengthen operational continuity.
