Daniel Lea is a Digital Engineering leader with more than 25 years’ experience shaping digital delivery across major civil infrastructure and building programs in Australia and internationally. He has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex digital design information, and helped major projects turn data, models and systems into clearer decisions and better outcomes.

A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and BRE Global certified to ISO 19650, Daniel specialises in digital strategy, information management, standards and the practical adoption of CDE, BIM and GIS technology across the asset lifecycle.

Known for building capable teams and cutting through technical complexity, he brings a practical, outcome-focused approach to digital transformation—connecting people, processes and technology to improve capability, compliance and confidence from design through to delivery and asset handover.
