With over 20 years of commercial management experience, Chris joined SYNC in 2011 and now leads SYNC’s manufacturing activities as Managing Director. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in shaping SYNC’s position as a leader in the prefabrication industry, driving innovation and growth across Australia and New Zealand. Chris brings a wealth of expertise to the business, having successfully managed all aspects of contract administration on numerous large scale projects, including multi-storey apartments, government buildings, hospitals, and commercial developments. Notably, during his international career, Chris served as the Senior Commercial Manager on the iconic Wembley Stadium Redevelopment in the UK, further demonstrating his capability to lead complex, high-profile projects. As a key driver of SYNC’s success, Chris has spent over a decade fostering the company’s modular construction expertise. Under his guidance, SYNC has forged strong relationships with clients across the region, offering seamless and innovative prefabricated solutions tailored to their needs. Now as Managing Director, Chris not only oversees SYNC’s manufacturing operations but also spearheads strategic initiatives that solidify the company’s leadership in prefabrication. His ability to combine technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and a client-focused approach ensures SYNC remains at the forefront of delivering high-quality, sustainable modular solutions.
