Statement: I believe the strength of our industry comes from the diversity of the people who build it. My motivation for becoming a Build Expo Ambassador is to help create a more inclusive construction sector by sharing my experiences, advocating for underrepresented communities, and demonstrating that authenticity and respect can drive both personal and business success.
