Brendan Newham is the National Operations Quality Manager for John Holland’s Building Business Unit. With over 15 years of experience in the high-risk construction, resources industries, Brendan has developed a robust foundation in quality assurance, management system development, and health and safety management. At John Holland, Brendan is responsible for developing and maintaining quality management systems, strategies, and programs to ensure adherence to all government laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brendan is a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA+ diversity and inclusion. As the Co-Chair of the John Holland Pride Network, he has been instrumental in driving change and fostering an inclusive workplace. Brendan's dedication to LGBTQIA+ inclusion is evident through his active participation in numerous initiatives, including hosting events for Wear It Purple Day and Lesbian Visibility Week.
