Benni Aroni
Mr Benni Aroni has built several businesses in his own right firstly as a lawyer, then in property, and in more recent times has assisted innovative businesses to scale both locally and internationally. He has personally led large scale property project developments including Eureka Tower and Australia 108 (the latter to development stage). Benni has advised and in many instances invested in a wide range of enterprises across diverse industries including law, property, finance, construction, marketing, retail, cyber and professional services. Benni currently Chairs Mirrastone Advisory Board (ranked by HIA as Victoria’s number one home builder) and Combat MSA, having recently stepped down as Chair of Hickory Group and the Jewish Arts Quarter Project Control Group. Benni consults to various professional firms and high net worth clients.
In recent times Benni has chaired Fender Katsalidis Architects, has acted as Client Director – Property at Pitcher Partners. Benni was a founder Watersun Homes and Stralliance Developments. He chaired Thundering Herd which incorporates Lend Collective and BrickX, and has been a member of the Advisory Board of Quintessential Equity a leading Commercial Property Developer and Syndicator and a member of The Property Credit Committee at Wingate. Benni has always been active in the philanthropic area and has held senior Board positions at Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Saint Vincent’s Institute of Medical research. Benni holds a Bachelor of Law and Economics, a Diploma from Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is a member of L.I.V. and St. Kilda F.C.
