Building services specialist with more than 20 years’ experience at A.G. Coombs Service, specialising in HVAC, smoke management and essential services testing.

His work includes functional and performance testing of stairwell and zone pressurisation systems, smoke spill systems and mechanical fire mode controls. He develops baseline documentation, cause-and-effect matrices and testing procedures, investigates system faults, and provides practical rectification recommendations.

Works across commercial buildings, hospitals, laboratories and biocontainment facilities.

Contributes to industry training and presentations, sharing practical field experience to improve understanding of smoke control systems, commissioning and testing.
