Ben Matters is the Senior Manager Technical Services at VIDA Roads, responsible for engineering standards, assurance and technical governance across major road projects in Victoria. A civil engineer by background, he has over 20 years experience across VicRoads and MRPV/VIDA covering project delivery, roads safety, traffic engineering, and network standards. He now focuses on driving consistency and practical, implementable specifications across the Big Build Roads program.
