Statement: As a Principal at Mortgage Choice, I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible impact women have across all areas of business and construction. I’m passionate about breaking down barriers, challenging stereotypes, and creating opportunities for women to lead, innovate, and thrive in what has traditionally been a male-dominated industry. Through the Women in Construction Ambassador Programme, I aim to be a visible advocate for gender equity, to empower the next generation of female leaders, and to help build a more inclusive and balanced industry for all.
