Arthan Ioannou is a Project Manager at Hickory with broad experience delivering complex commercial, residential and build-to-rent developments. Since joining the business in 2017, he has progressed through a range of project roles, building deep expertise in project coordination, all facets of structure, services integration, design compliance, commissioning and handover processes. Arthan has contributed to several landmark projects, including Melbourne Walk, where he played a key role in design management and project delivery. Known for his collaborative and solutions-focused approach, he works closely with clients, consultants and delivery teams to navigate project challenges and help ensure high-quality outcomes across all stages of construction.
