Andrew Rooney is a Director at Turner & Townsend, leading the delivery of mission-critical Data Centre and Life Sciences projects across Australia and New Zealand. With over 20 years of experience across both contractor and client-side organisations, he brings deep expertise in navigating complex developments from initial strategy and design through to construction, commissioning, and operational handover.

Andrew has been actively involved in Victoria's rapidly expanding data centre sector for the past five years, including leading contracts and procurement for a major Melbourne-based hyperscale data centre programme. His experience provides a unique perspective on the commercial, delivery, and operational challenges associated with large-scale digital infrastructure projects.

A Chartered Engineer with a Master of Engineering Management, Andrew specialises in project delivery, procurement, contract strategy, building services, and commissioning, helping clients successfully bring complex, mission-critical facilities into operation.
