Urban Design Lead - Victoria, Associate, Arup

Andrew Reynolds leads Arup’s Urban Design team in Victoria, where he focuses on shaping resilient, inclusive, and future-ready cities. A registered Landscape Architect with a Master’s in Urbanism from TU Delft in the Netherlands, he has experiance delivering complex masterplans and strategic frameworks across Australia, the UK, the Netherlands, Singapore, and New Zealand.

Andrew has led major precinct masterplans, award-winning landscape and tourism projects in Victoria, and campus strategies for leading universities. His work bridges design and policy, with a strong emphasis on integrating green infrastructure, public space, and long-term sustainability. He is particularly passionate about the role of urban design in responding to climate challenges and supporting community resilience.

He teaches urban design at Monash University and regularly contributes to industry thought leadership through conferences, panels, and advisory roles. His approach is grounded in collaboration and advocacy for design that is visionary, technically robust, and responsive to local context and community needs.
