Andrew Morrison is the Head of Modular at Kapitol, bringing more than 20 years' experience across Australia's property and construction sectors. He leads Kapitol's national modular strategy, driving the adoption and delivery of scalable off-site construction solutions across a range of asset classes.

Andrew is passionate about the role modular construction can play in addressing industry productivity challenges—reducing program risk, improving quality and safety outcomes, and accelerating project delivery whilst supporting sustainability objectives.

With a strong background in engineering, project leadership and client engagement, he is known for his collaborative, solutions-focused approach, working closely with clients, designers and delivery teams. At Kapitol, Andrew is focused on embedding modular construction as a core capability to support growth, affordability and efficiency in Victoria's rapidly evolving property and infrastructure landscape.
