Andrew La Rocca is a seasoned leader in Australia’s construction and property industry, with over two decades of experience delivering complex, high-impact projects across a broad range of sectors and asset classes. He has held senior leadership roles with some of Melbourne’s top-tier contractors, overseeing everything from business development and project delivery to design and operational leadership.

Most notably, Andrew served as Project Director on the $450 million Victoria Police Centre for Cbus Property, a landmark addition to Melbourne’s cityscape. Andrew has also been involved in the design and delivery of some of Melbourne's most prominent adaptive reuse projects, bringing together expertise in construction, refurbishment and a focus on sustainability. 

Today, as Managing Director of Alchemy Construct, Andrew brings this wealth of experience to the forefront of progressive commercial construction, helping shape projects that leave a lasting mark on communities.
