Andrew Kaddis
Andrew is an authentic project management professional, who has a methodical, pragmatic & collaborative approach, ensuring outstanding outcomes in large complex multidisciplinary environments.
Andrew has over 30 years of construction (infrastructure) experience of which 23 years have been in senior management positions during all phases of the project lifecycle both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Having graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with honours and obtained diplomas in management & project management respectively along with a Six Sigma Master Black Belt qualification, Andrew is also a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia & a chartered engineer in project management.
Andrew has recently been accepted to undertake a PhD at Melbourne University via an Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarship, the basis of his research is - 'The development of a Project Performance Model (PPM) that provides an objective insight into project performance (culture) via a Project Performance Index (PPI) within the Australian infrastructure (construction) sector, utilising the data produced by projects'.
