Andrew Bates is Design Manager at SYNC, leading the design and engineering of modular bathroom solutions delivered across Australia and New Zealand. With a Bachelor of Science (Mechanical Systems) and Master of Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Andrew brings a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation to the construction industry.
As head of the design team, he works closely with architects, consultants and project stakeholders to transform complex project requirements into efficient, compliant and buildable modular solutions.
