Andrew Arendsen is a senior business and infrastructure leader with more than 28 years of experience across the transport, water, energy, resources, waste, and industrial sectors. He has held executive, regional leadership, and governance roles, leading large multidisciplinary businesses, strategic client portfolios, and major infrastructure initiatives.

During his 17 years with AECOM, Andrew held numerous leadership positions across the Transport, Water, and Environment businesses, most recently leading the Transport and Water business across Victoria and South Australia. He has been a member of executive regional leadership teams, with responsibility for business performance, strategic growth, governance, client engagement, and people leadership.

Andrew has also held Client Account Director roles for major state transport authorities and Global Account Director roles in the mining sector, where he led executive client relationships and growth strategies across national and international markets.

Today, as a Major Projects - Technical Director, Andrew is accountable for governance and commercial outcomes on major infrastructure programs and holds Alliance Leadership Team and Joint Venture leadership positions. He holds governance roles for M80 Ring Road Alliance, Beveridge to Albury Project and is Project Director for the VIDA Rail Technical Advisor Joint Venture Contract.
