Amanda Wilson

Senior Interior Designer, Gray Puksand

Amanda’s passion lies in creating meaningful, human-centered spaces that promote wellbeing, sustainability and connection. She believes that understanding the broader impact of the built environment on people is fundamental to creating spaces that support individual needs, enhance everyday experiences and foster a sense of belonging.

With over two decades of experience across a broad range of sectors, Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Interior Design and a Master of Design. She has a particular interest in healthcare and dementia design. Through her studies, she specialised in designing environments for people living with dementia, exploring how intuitive spatial planning, environmental cues and thoughtful design can support independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Amanda believes the most successful projects are shaped through collaboration, drawing on the knowledge and experience of clients, consultants, suppliers and contractors to develop considered, responsive design solutions. Passionate about sharing knowledge and contributing to the evolution of the design industry, she has participated in industry panel discussions and delivered guest lectures to emerging designers.
