Ali Blanch is the Senior Director of Commercial Development at AirTrunk, the leading hyperscale data centre provider enabling the growth of the cloud and artificial intelligence across the Asia-Pacific & Middle East (APME), and one of the fastest growing data centre companies in the world.

AirTrunk was the pioneer of hyperscale data centres in APAC, focused on delivering unmatched scale, speed, efficiency, and reliability for its customers. Since 2015, AirTrunk established its footprint in Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore, providing a connected, secure, and sustainable home for data across the region. As a legally qualified commercial leader with close to two decades of experience shaping outcomes across major infrastructure, civil construction and hyperscale digital infrastructure, Ali leads AirTrunk’s commercial governance, risk, contracting and organisational capability across a rapidly growing international development platform.

As the Principal, Commercial, Ali is also responsible for enterprise standards, operating model and commercial strategy.Before joining AirTrunk, Ali spent a decade with the CIMIC Group in workplace relations, legal and commercial leadership roles across major infrastructure projects in Australia. Ali holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Newcastle, a Juris Doctor (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Ali is a strong advocate for women in construction and leadership, having founded AirTrunk’s Women@AirTrunk Plus One Sponsorship Program and helped establish the company’s partnership with Tomorrow’s Women in Construction
