Alexandra has more than 15 years of experience with a focus on inclusive public policy, multiculturalism and migration issues. She has worked with a range of organisations from UN Agencies to INGOs to smaller local NGOs. She excels at leading diverse teams to achieve strong results in complex and challenging environments. Throughout her career she has always placed an emphasis on community resilience and empowerment, as well as women’s inclusion.
