Women in Protective Services (WIPS) is the global movement connecting, empowering, and amplifying women across all protective services, including policing, defence, fire and rescue, emergency services, security, border control, and custodial services. We provide a community where women can share their stories, support each other, and inspire the next generation of leaders in protective services worldwide.
