The $180m development from developer PDG Corporation under construction in Southbank will deliver 434 apartments, 40 of which will provide affordable rental dwellings.
The development is named Boyd Village and has the vision of being a ‘vertical village on the park with high-quality residences, affordable housing, fine retail and community facilities.’
Hamilton Marino are the main contractor of the 42 storey tower.
Completion is due next year.
