Melbourne’s future skyline with the planned tallest skyscraper in Australia, STH BANK by Beulah.
STH Bank by Beulah is set to become the tallest skyscraper in the Southern hemisphere.
The $2 billion proposed development has been designed by UN Studio and Cox Architecture.
Featuring a sculptural form with 2 towers with a twisting geometric glass facade.
The towers will be 365 metres and 251 metres in height.
It will be the ‘World’s Tallest Greenscaper’ with parks, green spaces and a green spine.
The towers will feature: residences, offices, a conference & entertainment centre, a health & wellness precinct, retail, a Four Seasons Hotel and Australia’s highest sky garden at the top.
Multiplex will be the main contractor.
