Construction of an all-electric apartment tower at Melbourne Quarter.
Construction of Lendlease & Daiwa House's residential tower at 646 - 666 Flinders Street, part of the Melbourne Quarter precinct.
The 797-apartment build-to-rent tower will come complete with first-class amenities including a 25m pool, gym, co-working spaces and more.
The project is expected to be completed by early 2026. Lendlease is both the developer and construction manager for this landmark project.
