Located at 84 - 90 Queen Bridge Street in Southbank, Melbourne.

The Queensbridge Building has been designed by Fraser & Partners and is being built by Hickory.

The 62-storey tower will feature one, two and three bedroom apartments.

At podium level will be 10 hotel floors for a boutique hotel.

Its elegant facade consists of solid stone, steel and bronze.

Luxury amenities will include a pool, sauna, yoga room and terrace.

Completion is due in 2025.
