His foray into writing a custom CRM for his family’s business—at a time when dial-up modems were the backbone of data exchange—revealed a knack for bridging hands-on IT knowledge to the house building industry.
Armed with a Master's in Engineering (Computer Science), James pursued a career that married the physical and the digital. Consulting for house builders and working as an IT manager, he saw countless ways that digital tools could revolutionise customer experiences, build schedules, and business outcomes. This vision culminated in the founding of Constructive Software, a platform designed to bring transparency, flexibility, and engagement to the home-building journey.
